With SOLU you can now reach your destination conveniently via app, affordable and in high-quality vehicles.

SOLU was developed in Berlin with the aim of offering a local, fair and environmentally friendly alternative to the major international players. As a Berlin startup, we want to make a significant contribution to sustainably improving the mobility of our city.

We want to offer you the best experience. From opening the app to getting out of the vehicle, and beyond. If something should go wrong, you have a local contact person who will ensure that you are always satisfied.

Here's how it works:

1. Enter destination:
You can type in your destination or simply speak in your address by pressing the microphone symbol. You can also choose your destination on the map. All you have to do is drag the symbol in the appropriate place on the map.

2. Confirm destination address:
If necessary, please correct your destination address to the exact location in order to enjoy a perfect outward journey. All you have to do is drag the symbol to the appropriate position. Then confirm the destination address.

3. Confirm pick-up address:
If necessary, please correct your pick-up address to your exact location in order to enjoy a perfect pick-up. The best way to do this is to drag the symbol to the street where you want to be picked up. This step is particularly important at airports, train stations or addresses that are not directly on a street. Please check this even if you book from home.

4. Book SOLU & wait for collection:
You will see the fixed price for your trip, route and other details. This price does not change even if your driver takes a slightly longer route. Please allow enough time for your driver to arrive.

5. Pay and rate:
If you pay via app, you will be charged for the amount. Cash payments are due immediately. Rate your driver and add tips. The tip is 100% paid to the driver.

Affordable to your destination - With us you can always get to your destination cheaply. You will be shown a fixed price when booking, which will no longer increase. Provided that you don't let your driver wait longer than 2 minutes for you to pick them up.

Reach your destination comfortably - we take special care to provide you with high-quality vehicles. Book comfortably via the app and we will take care of the rest. Your driver will pick you up and drive you to your destination. With SOLU you can now easily book your trip in Berlin using the app and sit back. You will be picked up by your driver and driven to your destination. Arrive stress-free and relaxed.

Reaching your destination safely - We only use professional drivers and licensed vehicles with appropriate insurance cover. Each of our partner drivers is checked by us, has a passenger transport certificate and must show a police certificate of good conduct. You can also follow the route of your trip on your app.

Cashless to your destination - you can also easily pay for your trip using the app. We are also happy to offer you cash payment.

Reaching our goal in an environmentally friendly way - Climate change does not wait until we can offer electric vehicles across the board. We have to act now. That is why we are committed to compensating 110% of the carbon emissions generated while driving.

Data protection - The protection of your data is extremely important to us, which is why we design our processes in accordance with the strict data protection laws (GDPR). We also offer you the use of our service without you having to disclose personal data.
